The Ilocos Norte athletes with their coaches and trainers have again shown their superiority in the Ilocos Region Athletic Association with a historic 10th straight year record. Topping almost all fields, the athletes were highly motivated and well supported by no less than IN’s sports guru, Gov. Michael M. Keon. February 22-27, 2009.
