Ilocos Norte wins IRAA Meet for 9th straight year. THE ILOCOS Norte athletes have proven themselves again to be the best in most sports competition in the Ilocos region after being the over-all champion in both the elementary and secondary levels in the recent Ilocos Region Athletic Association Meet (IRAA) 2008 held at Lingayen in Pangasinan on February 24 to 29.
