Ilocos Norte launching the three museums: (1)Balay Dingras, bears the concept of a rice miller’s house and resulted from a project partnership with the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice). which opened on November 19; (2) Burgos Lighthouse Museum and (3) Taoid Museum showcases the pre-colonial side of Ilocandia and the province’s Cordilleran roots.
