Less than a hundred protesters, mostly church workers, farmers, students, women and their children from Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra and La Union including some representatives of the National Food Authority Employees Association staged a silent protest rally at the Aurora Park in Laoag City on Monday morning, July 27, to voice out their sentiments on the current administration of President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III in time for his State of the Nation Address that day.
