NDRRMC turns over 21rescue boats to IN
As the typhoon season officially started with the onslaught of typhoon “Butchoy,” the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) turned over 21 rescue rubber boats to Ilocos Norte – 19 for the use of the 19 flood-prone areas in the province and two for the use of the provincial government.
