New San Nicolas Police Office, PNP Officials led by Police Deputy Director Arturo Cacdac Jr., Ilocos Norte officials led by Gov. Imee R. Marcos and San Nicolas Mayor Alfredo Valdez release the time capsule during the ground breaking ceremony of a soon-to-be constructed new police station in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte located in Barangay 3, San Ildefonso. Every year, the PNP is allocating P100 million pesos for the construction of at least 15 standard police stations in the entire country. In San Nicolas, the private lot, which the new police station will be erected on, was donated by the VENVI Group of companies represented by its president and CEO, Atty. Hilario P. Valdez.
