The provincial governments of Ilocos Norte and Cebu, represented by Governors Imee Marcos and Gwendolyn Garcia, respectively, enter a sisterhood relationship that will enable both provinces to an exchange of ideas and opportunities on investment, tourism, and research and development. The sisterhood pact was signed July 2 at the Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol, witnessed by mayors and board members from both provinces.
