ILOCOS Norte Gov. Imee R. Marcos brainstorms with development stakeholders on May 12 at the Ilocos Norte Capitol for the Overseas Filipinos Remittances for Development (OFs-RED) Project. The OFs-RED will pool funds from OFs and channel them to projects that would lead to economic development and community-based enterprises. UNDP spearheaded the project funded by the Western Union Foundation. Ilocos Norte is one of the two sites in the country for a pilot program, Taguig City being the other.
