The first-of-a-kind solar- and wind-powered mariculture demonstration farm of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) established in Puro Island, Badoc, Ilocos Norte. It gives light and security to a floating house equipped with automatic sensor device that sends an alarm every time a threat or a person is detected near the area.
