2010, October 8
A good start towards a vision of greatness unfolded on October 8, 2010, which marked the first 100 days of Ilocos Norte Gov. Ma. Imelda “Imee” R. Marcos. In her 45-minute report before local officials and employees of the Provincial Capitol, Marcos said she did not have a “honeymoon period” on her first 100 days as she was immediately faced with three crises just after she began her term—peace and order, the dengue outbreak, and the financial situation of the provincial government, which she needed to resolve immediately.
