Ilocos Norte gov’t taps private firms to manage convention center to ensure that the newly constructed hotel and convention center will be professionally managed and would be able to generate more revenues to maximize the peoples’ money used in building the P475-million project, the Ilocos Norte provincial government, under the administration of Gov. Michael M. Keon, is set to engage the expertise of Paramount Hotel and Facilities Management Corporation, and the Philippine Exhibit and Theme Park Corporation PETCO), two groups known in running big hotels and convention centers around the country and abroad.
