PIDDIG, Ilocos Norte – The next Cecile Licad could be an Ilocana. At 14, young and promising pianist Bianca Montañez made a debut doing her interpretation of Schubert prior to Licad’s evening performance in an opening concert at the majestic Paoay church for the Filipino Heritage Festival on April 30.
